If your department is tax exempt, we need to have your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption form on file. Please call or email sales@sffma.org to send the form or to request a tax refund on your order. You may also place your order without tax by sending an email to Sales with your list of items, complete contact information, shipping address and sales tax form if not already on file.
